An update on the Propeller interface for the Outrun arcade conversion

An update to my Propeller joystick controls for the Outrun Arcade Project:

The Outrun arcade machine uses 5k potentiometers for steering, gas, and brakes.  Using the ADC circuit I built last week, I'm reading the data as a serial joystick using the Propeller and PPJOY on the PC.   At the moment the steering is digital left/right which MAME accepts, but I'll likely convert the Spin program to output analoge data for precise controls on the actual arcade.

A new addition to the team at Gadget Gangster!

We're excited to have Jeff join us at Gadget Gangster - he's been part of the Propeller community for several years, including creating product documentation, editing PropellerPowered.com, running the Unofficial Propeller Expos, and co-authoring 'Getting Started with the Propeller'.  He started last month, updating the site and creating original content. In the next few weeks, he'll also take on shipping duties, providing faster delivery to the East Coast.

Jeff is one awesome dude and an electronics fanatic, building dozens of crazy projects like Wii control for the C64, the Tron lightcycles game, and Propeller Arcade.

Welcome Jeff!
