The Propeller ASC (Arduino Shield Compatible) is a Propeller with Arduino connectors;

Designed by Martin Hodge, it looks like a pretty nice little package, especially if you've already got a library of existing Arduino Shields.  It also looks like Martin is gearing up to make them available for purchase!  Be sure to check out his thread in the Parallax Forums.
