Because we publish user submitted designs, we are unable to provide technical support on projects.

Payment

Our exclusive payment processor is Paypal.  Note that you don't need to create a paypal account to submit payment, although it's a convenient option.  We do not accept C.O.D. orders.  We can accept Purchase Orders, contact us at orders@gadgetgangster.com to establish an account.

There are no minimum orders.

Customers with a California shipping address will be charged sales tax based on their zip code.  If you are tax-exempt, contact us at orders@gadgetgangster.com.

Warranty / Returns

We do not accept returns of kits, but for pre-assembled or 3rd party products, report any problems within 30 days to orders@gadgetgangster.com and check our return policy for more info.

Backorders

Intentional: Projects marked 'Backorder Allowed' on the project page are currently not in-stock, but we have an expected restock date.  If your order includes a mix of in-stock and backorder items, we'll ship the in-stock portion of your order immediately and any backorder items when they're available.  You will not be charged additional shipping.

Accidental: We work hard to keep our stock numbers as accurate as possible, but we can make a mistake. It's rare and we apologize for any inconvenience. We will ship all in-stock items right away, with the backordered items shipping as soon as they are available.

Order Status

When your order is submitted, you'll receive a confirmation email from PayPal (Subject: Your payment to Gadget Gangster).  This confirms that we have received your order. When your order ships, you'll receive a second email from paypal notifying you of shipment and including a shipping carrier tracking number, if applicable.

Shipping Policy


We ship via the US Postal Service (USPS) and UPS.  We do not offer any other service.

Domestic Options
GROUND (UPS Ground) takes 1-5 days, is trackable and insured. Ground is only available for orders in the United States. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If your shipping address is a PO Box, you must select a USPS option or your package will be returned to us.

STANDARD (USPS First Class) takes 1-7 days and includes delivery confirmation.

Neither service offers a delivery time guarantee.

International
AIRMAIL (First Class International) is not trackable and usually takes 7-14 days. Because airmail doesn't have expedited brokerage, it can get caught up in customs for up to 4-6 weeks. Although this is rare it does happen.  Airmail is only permitted for orders under $300.

EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL (International Express) is trackable takes 3-5 days. Delivery to Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Great Britain, Northern Ireland, Spain, and South Korea offers a delivery guarantee, as well.

We fill all in-stock orders as soon as possible, but we make no guarantee of shipping date. Once your order has shipped, a Shipping Confirmation email, with tracking information if applicable, will be sent.

Any order over $300 USD will not be allowed to ship via an un-trackable method.

We cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
