Please review our Customer Service page and this returns policy before you initiate a return, thanks!

If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, immediately contact the carrier. Keep all shipping cartons, and email orders@gadgetgangster.com immediately.

Kits are not eligible for return, but if you're missing a part, let us know by emailing orders@gadgetgangster.com.  Our Return Policy only applies to 3rd party or pre-assembled products.

Return Policy

To receive a return number (RMA), check to make sure you qualify under the returns policy below and then email orders@gadgetgangster.com.  We'll follow up with return instructions.

3rd party product returns must be authorized by the manufacturer, where applicable, in order to receive a return number. In addition, all correspondence OR details of the support you receive from the manufacturer will need to be documented and included in the return request to Gadget Gangster. If you are unable to locate the manufacturer's technical support, please contact us at orders@gadgetgangster.com

Returns for any unaffected products are only allowed within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.  Returns of wrong ordered items are allowed. What is unaffected? If you hooked it to power, you affected it. Because of the nature of the products we deal with we cannot allow returns of items that have been programmed, powered up, or otherwise changed post shipment from our warehouse. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping charges of merchandise being returned to us. Returned merchandise will be accepted only if all conditions below are met.

  1. Any 3rd party product return must be authorized by the manufacturer, where applicable, in order to receive an RMA.
  2. All returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on damaged, scratched, programmed, burnt, or otherwise 'played with' merchandise will not be accepted. Returns must include all the accessories which come with the item.
  3. With your return, enclose this original receipt or a copy of it. Also include a brief letter of explanation of why the merchandise is being returned and state your request for either a refund or an exchange. Include the authorization number on this letter, and on the outside of the shipping box.

We reserve the right to limit quantities. Pictures are for illustration purposes only. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

Products sold 'as is' or 'used' are not returnable.
